As many of you know from my previous post, exercising is one of the three best kept secrets by advertisers. This is why many people are continuing to grow bigger despite all the products out there that promote weight loss. 

Losing fat fast is achievable if you can stick to your healthy dieting plan with an exercise routine. The exercise does not have to be very rigorous. It can be a sport that you enjoy doing. This way, you can be sure that not only you will lose fat fast but also lose it for the long term.

You can burn fat fast without having to wake up at 5am to run, or feeling hungry all the time. You just need to follow some steps: eat natural food, build up strength, and water.

In my earlier post, you know that there are three types of calories. It is best that you get all the three types of calories from natural food. Natural foods are sources that are unprocessed, like poultry, beef, fish etc. Natural food are the best food source that you can get for your body. They do not contain additive, chemical or preservatives. Those are the best food sources that you can give your body for optimal energy and the body you want. Giving your body processed food make your body work harder as it has to break down the food to its simpler form for your body to absorb the nutrients it needs.

Calories from fat do not make you fat. It is the over-consumption of it and lack of activity that result the fat to accumulate.
Frequent small meals can prevent the gorging of food at the next meal and it help to keep your hunger at bay so that you will snack less on the junk in between.

Muscles make you in look leaner. Without muscles, the whole body tend to look flabby. Strength training builds muscle and prevents muscle loss so you don't get skinny fat. It also prevents your metabolic rate from going down when dieting. This means even more fat loss.

Without any reminder, I am sure that you know water is the best kind of fluids you can give your body. Reduce your daily latte, or the ice blended beverages you will have for meals. These drinks tend to be high in calories as compare to water. Beside, caffeinated drinks are diuretic. So it certainly does not help you in hydrating yourself.

Fast fat loss is easy. It all depend on how determined you are to shed off the extra fat.
