How to LOSE Weight Without Gaining It Back

Losing weight is already hard enough. It is even harder to keep the weight off your body.

It all depend on what you eat. We have seen celebrities losing the their weight for a particular movie, just to see them back in the news about their weight problems. Sound familiar?

So what is the most important thing to do to lose the extra weight? It is the long term attitude. People tend to lose sight after they have successfully lose the weight and then go back to their old habit of eating or not working out.

This means, you have to find the right program to lose weight in the manner whereby continuing it is just as natural as walking.

Common ways of losing weights:
1. Skipping of the food that they really enjoy. How long can anyone do that? (This is why people lose initially lose weight gain it all back.)

2.Trying diets and exercises that require fixed timing and intervals to do so. (Whenever a gathering or party come up, there is always tomorrow to start.)

3. Going on restrictive diet. Just imagining that most restrictive diet, for instance, will ask you to eat only carrots for you to 'cheat' your body metabolism.

Just planning to lose the extra weights from these methods will cost you time and efforts to start, not to mention to keep it for the long term weight loss program.

So how to lose all the weight that you really want to?
1. Make small changes. I.e, to change your diet from fast food to home cooked food or less oily food. Skipping of soft drink.

2. Park your car further away from your office so you can walk more to walk, or walk to your favorite restaurant instead of driving.

3. Start a simple routine exercise like jogging or swimming, whichever sport you enjoy more. What you enjoy doing does not seem to take much efforts, does it?

People who are slim seem to have such habit without them even realizing it. Think of weight loss as a daily routine, not a fad. If you can keep up with all the 'weight loss' habit, you will evetually be slimmer before you realizing it.

Be patience even it come to losing weight. No one gain weight overnight naturally, either can one lose weight overnight naturally. Change your habit and enjoy life. :)
